Building On 20 Years

Gregory has been a wonderful contractor for us. He renovated three bathrooms, replaced the railing on our huge deck, took care of a major renovation associated with flooding, and is currently remodeling our kitchen. We love all of the outcomes! Gregory was always helpful and creative in working with us on the planning process, the quality of the work is top notch, and his pricing is fair. Plus, he is a warm and fun person, and we always feel that he has our best interests in mind.

Palladium Homes did a wonderful job, in record time, on a house I purchased (sight unseen) in Travelers Rest last winter. In just six weeks the interior was completely repainted, carpeted, floors refinished, bathrooms and light fixtures upgraded and a deck was added to the porch. Long distance communication was excellent. Gregory Arends is highly professional and completely unflappable! His team was reliable and skilled. I highly recommend them!

During 2020 we decided to move forward with adding our dream sunroom to our home. Palladium Homes helped us create a design that would fit the exterior of our home with an ideal layout for our property. Despite the pandemic, they were able to complete our project and provide us with the perfect space for relaxing or entertaining guests. They were patient with me when I asked to change some things and guided me with some aesthetic choices. They followed through with every promise and left us with a room that the whole family enjoys. I'm certain that if we ever decide to sell, our beautiful ceiling in our sunroom will set our home apart from others.
